Numerical log-in

I wasn't able to log-in to my laptop. I hadn't changed the password. Tried the usual steps (reset through LIVE website, shut down the computer, etc). How strange. Now I can't access anything. Any suggestions?

I cannot pay for my subscription. Payment methods, existing and new, are not being accepted.
