Recruiting Coordinator (Hourly - RPO Contractor)

As a Recruiting Coordinator, you'll be the backbone of the recruitment process for our strategic client partnerships. We're looking for someone with a strong service mindset, superior communication skills, and a meticulous attention to detail to help us create an exceptional candidate experience.

What You'll Do

• Create an exceptional candidate journey: Flawlessly manage interview scheduling, meeting coordination, and logistical support.
• Be a strategic partner: Engage with hiring managers and candidates throughout the process, from initial screening to presentation and final offer.
• Drive efficiency: Ensure recruitment processes are compliant and manage system administration to keep things running smoothly.
• Collaborate on special projects: Work closely with the team to innovate and improve our talent acquisition strategies.

What You'll Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in recruitment support, administration, and/or customer service.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• A solid understanding of Google products, especially calendar management.
• A proven ability to work within a team environment with a high attention to detail.
• The ability to take direction and execute a plan effectively.
• Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) like iCIMS, Greenhouse, or Workday is a plus.
