Location:Kent, WA (supports HR recruitment for all 7 U.S. locations)

What You’ll Do (Main Responsibilities)

• Manage end-to-end recruitment: Resume screening, phone interview arrangement, onboarding follow-up, and new employee integration.
• Prepare recruitment materials, post jobs to channels/social media, and update job descriptions/specifications.
• Conduct timely interviews via reliable tools/methods; provide data-driven recruiting reports.
• Collaborate with department managers to identify current & future hiring needs, and attract candidates via social media, employee referrals, etc.

What You’ll Bring (Job Requirements)

• Bilingual proficiency in English & Spanish (preferred); excellent cross-cultural communication & teamwork skills.
• 3–5 years of recruitment experience in logistics, warehousing, offline sales, brand franchise stores, or labor-intensive industries
• Strong decision-making, adaptability, and ability to work under pressure/multitask; sense of responsibility to thrive in fast-paced growth.
