Group Details

This Product Management role demands a candidate who has general product and market experience and will be able to drive the U.S. Money Market and Repo businesses forward, capitalizing on all opportunities for growth and maximizing market share. This individual will be expected to have a pro-active and collaborative approach to identify growth opportunities and develop key relationships with both sell-side and buy-side participants. Excellent communication skills and ability to multi-task while prioritizing responsibilities are essential to be successful in this demanding role.

Job Responsibilities

• Drive growth initiatives by expanding participation and deepening relationships across the U.S. Money Markets and Repo community.
• Serve as a trusted partner to dealers, helping them understand Tradeweb’s platform and the value it brings.
• Build and maintain a visible presence in the market by attending industry events, networking, and being known as a go-to resource.
• Partner with Sales and Technology teams to ensure client needs are reflected in platform enhancements.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree completed or relative work experience required
• 10+ years’ experience in the financial industry
• Strong reputation and network within the U.S. Money Market and Repo community
• Proven ability to build trusted relationships across the Street
• Track record of driving growth, adoption, or business development in financial markets
• Advanced Excel skills (Formulas, Macros) and/or willingness to learn
• Understanding of trading life cycle and operations workflow
• Fundamental understanding of fixed income, electronic trading and/or e-commerce
• Ability to drive and execute a product development / sales strategy
• Excellent communication and influencing skills, with presence in front of senior stakeholders
• Team-player, self-starter, and positive attitude
• Series 7, 63 licenses

• The current pay range for this role if performed in the city of New York is currently $120,000 to $300,000 per year, based on a regular, full-time schedule.
