Job Title: Product Development Coordinator

Reports to: Product Development Manager

Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Product Development Coordinator to support our product development team. This role ensures smooth coordination between sales, design, and production while maintaining product samples and showroom presentation. The ideal candidate is proactive, adaptable, and has strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Organize, track, and manage product samples for sales representatives and manufacturers
• Maintain and update the sample portal for accessibility and accuracy
• Keep the showroom current with the latest product updates and displays
• Manage the sample room, ensuring items are properly categorized and easy to access
• Track timelines and product revisions in collaboration with the Product Development Manager
• Partner with the Design Team to confirm accurate product features on packaging
• Coordinate with factories and vendors for timely sample deliveries and modifications
• Prepare product presentations and reports for internal teams and stakeholders
• Review product samples to support quality control standards
• Create simple Photoshop mocks for product visuals
• Take on additional responsibilities as assigned by the Product Development Manager

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred (not required)
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
• Basic knowledge of Photoshop a plus
• Interest in building a career in product development, marketing, communications, or product design
