The Reserve Bank of Australia left the official cash rate unchanged at its September meeting as expected, however the assessment of the economy has evolved in a #hawkish direction. After the statement and press conference NAB continues to hold the view the central bank will stand pat until May 2026, at which point it expects on further rate #cut of 25bp.
