Meet Thomas Layer, a Sr. Analyst GT Field Support and real-life hero. 🐬💙 Thomas jumped into action after being called by Sea Turtle Patrol of Hilton Head Island to help rescue a stranded dolphin named Lucky. Working alongside first responders and environmental experts, he braved muddy terrain and waist-deep water to help guide Lucky back to safety. With over 20 years at MVW, Thomas lives our Caring Culture through his acts of service. He became involved with the Lowcountry Environmental Club, a satellite of Hilton Head Rotary, where he continues to support conservation and community initiatives. “When you ask Thomas to do anything, Thomas does it, and he does it full on and with heart and effort. Last week, 40 passionate IRM associates from MVW HQ proudly partnered with Rise Against Hunger for an inspiring meal-packing event and crushed their goal of assembling 10,000 meals for communities in Haiti! 👏 This effort is part of Rise Against Hunger’s powerful “Pathways to End Hunger” initiative, which not only provides nutritious meals but also fuels education by distributing food through local schools - boosting attendance and empowering futures.
