The Superior Court of Los Angeles County has officially launched Court Commons, a new pop-up, mobile resource center designed to demystify the court system and connect directly with communities across LA County. Built to educate, engage, and empower, Court Commons brings interactive exhibits, civic education, and self-help resources into neighborhoods, schools, and community spaces that need it most. Court Commons embodies our commitment to making access to justice more transparent, approachable, and people-centered. Thank you to Sylvia White-Irby and the Community Relations team; Martha Almy and the Half Sister Studio team; Room for Magic; First Place for Youth; Object Construction; Stories Illuminated; Peter & Maria Hoey Illustration; Stella Kalinina Photography; Wayland Productions; and the many judges and staff who contributed their time, insight, and creativity. This was truly a labor of love. We also thank LAUSD Superintendent Alberto Carvalho for partnering with us to bring this unique resource to students across the District. Follow the exhibit's new Instagram page @courtcommons, or visit our website https://lnkd.in/gag8gVPD, to learn more about where we're going next! #LACourt #AccessToJustice #CourtCommons
