Reminder that as we celebrate California Clean Air Day, California’s clean vehicle programs ended the era when the LA skyline looked like this – but there’s still a long way to go.   We’ll continue fighting to improve California’s air and preserve its clean vehicle programs. The health of our people demands it.

This past week, we attended #ClimateWeekNYC to meet with leaders, students, and organizations fighting on the frontlines for environmental justice. At CA DOJ, we’re committed to defending and furthering climate action, protecting our environment, and increasing federal and corporate accountability.   We’ve all got a voice and the power to make a difference. 

Last week, the court made it crystal clear: the federal government can't take away money meant to protect our communities just to push a political goal. At the California DOJ, we'll keep standing up for our communities every time someone tries to break the law, even if that means taking the President to court.
