Private network of Latina leaders.

About us

L500 is a private, invitation-only network of Latina executives. Our vision is that every Fortune 500 company will have a Latina in the C-Suite. We want Latinas to have a voice and to be represented in executive positions, to serve on corporate Boards and to be on stage at every major event and decision-making conference. In order to achieve this ambitious goal, we created a private network of Latina executives that can empower each other, open doors for each other, build bridges, create connections and make an impact on younger Latinas so they can also aspire to have a seat at the table.

Chief Operating Officer @ Furnished Finder

Last week I had the privilege of participating in the Latina Leadership Summit as part of the C-Suite Fireside Chat: Leadership Unplugged, organized by L500 Inc. The conversation gave me the chance to reflect on pivotal moments in my path to COO, the motivation that drives me, and the lessons I’ve learned about authenticity, growth, and navigating challenges. Most importantly, it underscored the importance of curating spaces where Latinas can learn from one another and continuing to highlight representation that matters. A special thank you to the Furnished Finder team who joined both in person and remotely, your support made the experience even more meaningful. I am also grateful to the organizers, especially Gretel Perera, for creating a platform that amplifies Latina voices in leadership and to the inspiring group of leaders who continue to lift and support each other. #Leadership #LatinaLeadership #ProfessionalGrowth

We’re so proud of our COO, Camila Narino, who recently had the honor of speaking at the Latina Leadership Summit. Cami shared her journey to the C-suite and the lessons she’s learned along the way—especially the impact of cultivating a team of 200+ Latina women in Colombia within our organization today. We’re so proud of you ladies and how you represent our brand every single day. 🌎💪 A huge thank you to L500 Inc. for creating such an empowering event! With a mission to increase Latina representation in executive roles (currently less than 1% in Tech), L500 is leading important change. This year’s summit delivered it all: inspiring fireside chats, dynamic panels, live coaching, and powerful networking. The energy was nothing short of incredible. We left feeling empowered, uplifted, and proud of the unstoppable impact Latinas are making across industries and communities. Here’s to more representation. Here’s to more voices at the table. And here’s to celebrating leaders like Cami who continue to open doors for others. #LatinaLeadership #WomenInLeadership #RepresentationMatters

💜 My heart is full after last week’s Latina Leadership Summit in Austin, hosted by Expedia Group LEAD (Latinx & Allies for Development) and L500 Inc., a non-profit dedicated to elevating more Latinas into executive roles. A huge thank you to Gretel Perera, founder of L500, for creating such a real and uplifting space. The conversations were honest, the energy was inspiring, and the reminder was clear: We belong in the room. A few takeaways that will stick with me: - Leading with empathy is a strength. - The younger generation of Latina leaders is brilliantly optimistic—asking for what they want, showing up unapologetically, and reminding us all to take up space. - Executive presence is about confidence, preparation, and owning your voice. But what inspired me most? The powerful network of Latina leaders right here in Austin. It was incredible to see a multi-generational group of women supporting women, celebrating one another, and showing just how far we’ve come—and how much further we’ll go together. I’m grateful, proud, and very touched to have had the opportunity to share the space with such strong women. #L500LatinaLeadershipSummit #LatinaLeaders #AustinCommunity #EmpathyInLeadership #Womenownedbusiness #Latinaownedbusiness

💥 Three powerhouse Latinas. One shared vision: elevating women's voices in sports, while at the same time betting on yourself. Meet the panelists for the “Game Changers: Latina Leaders in Sports” panel at the Latina Leadership Summit at Expedia Group: 🚀 Tish Galindo, Founder and CEO, Made x Us and Women Raise the Game. Over the past 15 years, Tish has built a powerhouse agency focused on building what's next in culture, business, and media. As the founder of madeXus, she’s rewriting the playbook with an AI-driven, culture-first creative agency that’s delivered award-winning work for global heavyweights like AT&T, Coca-Cola, HBO Max, Disney, Lowe’s and Expedia. She’s also the founder of Women Raise the Game, the agency’s sports media platform that debuted at Super Bowl LVIII and has since been backed by the NFL, the AUSL women’s professional softball league, and MLB. 💪🏼 Jennifer Yepez-Blundell, Co-Founder, DRAFTED A few years ago, Jennifer and her co-founder Karina Martinez saw a gap: Latinas have always been in sports —playing, coaching, leading, building—but sports have rarely made space for Latinas. Instead of waiting for change, they created DRAFTED - the first culture-driven media company to ensure Latinas are never invisible in sports again. Together, they are building something that didn’t exist: a platform that elevates, connects, and creates real opportunities for Latinas in sports, from the field to the front office to the fandom. 🏐 Andrea Nucete- Elliott, Co-Founder & CEO, TIY Products Andrea is an elite professional volleyball player originally from Venezuela who spent many years playing professional beach volleyball in Italy. She has since turned entrepreneur as the Co-Founder and CEO of TIY Products, hair ties that are perfect for athletes. Andrea is also a passionate supporter and game-day fashion icon for the Six-Time National Champions The University of Texas at Austin Women's Volleyball team. 🤘🏼 Don't miss out on this incredible conversation! In-person registration is sold out for the Latina Leadership Summit, but you can still join us virtually. Register here: https://lnkd.in/d3cNTHvk
