One of our favorite traditions for new team members is making an Oyster Wish. On their very first day, they’re invited to write a wish upon a river-gathered oyster shell. Then, with a toss, they return both shell and wish back into the river, where it's carried forward with a little magic of its own. #alwaysauberge
