From the 17-room emergency department to imaging, lab services, and space for family medicine and specialty providers, this project reflects a shared commitment to improving access to emergency and outpatient care for the Grand Ledge and Delta Township communities. Big thanks to our partners at McLaren Greater Lansing, Kramer Management Group, and Hobbs+Black Architects for helping make this vision a reality.

Yesterday, we cut the ribbon to our new Grand Ledge freestanding emergency department and medical services building, located on the corner of Nixon Road and E. Saginaw Highway. This project couldn't have been accomplished without the support from our local leaders, organizations, partners, staff, and community, and we want to thank everyone who joined us for this monumental celebration as we look forward to bringing high-quality health care closer to our patients' homes. Starting October 6, we will begin a phased opening of this facility with our primary care, specialty care, and lab services opening. Our 24/7 emergency department and imaging services will open two weeks later, on October 20. For more information about this project, visit https://bit.ly/3TAeJmO

  • Granger CEO Glenn Granger and Site Manager, Marc Arthur, had the privilege of taking Michigan State University icon, Coach Tom Izzo, and Vice President for Strategic Infrastructure Planning and Facilities at MSU, Dan Bollman, on a tour of the Student Recreation and Wellness Center project site.  “Coach Izzo expressed interest in touring the site and we were fortunate to find a time that worked with his schedule. He was genuinely enthusiastic and offered high praise for the new facility. It was especially rewarding to have Dan Bollman join Marc, Coach Izzo, and me for the walk-through,” said Glenn.

  • As part of Construction Suicide Prevention Week, our teams at the University of Michigan Wyly Hall and Trinity Health Livingston projects welcomed Paul Wrzesinski, AGC of Michigan's Director of Safety and Health, for important conversations around mental health in the construction industry. Paul’s message was clear: mental health is just as critical as physical safety on the job site. These events are part of our ongoing commitment to fostering a culture where every team member feels supported, on and off the clock. Thank you to everyone who participated and continues to champion mental wellness in our industry.
