Every day is a great day to be in Arkansas – but today is really special. Joined by Governor Sanders, Google announced a multi-billion-dollar investment and hundreds of jobs coming to Arkansas by locating their latest data center in West Memphis. This is a huge economic development win for the City of West Memphis and for the State of Arkansas. We appreciate the partnership with Google and the confidence and capital that they are investing in the Natural State. This project would not have been possible without the hard work of so many people around the state. Entergy Arkansas was critical in leading and landing this project. Congratulations to Laura Landreaux, Danny Games, Bentley Story, and the rest of the Entergy team on this major win. Big shoutout to Raven Johnson who served as the AEDC Project Manager, and congratulations to the City of West Memphis and its leadership on their great work.
