  • Our mission at AirOps is simple: help teams win AI search. But AI search isn’t about chance. It’s about knowing which opportunities matter most and acting on them faster than the competition. That’s why we launched Opportunities. For the first time, brands can move from AI search insights to prioritized actions in one system. Teams at Webflow, Descript, Ramp and more are already using Opportunities to: • Track visibility insights to see exactly where they stand • Prioritize the most relevant content opportunities • Refresh, create and engage onsite and offsite to drive real growth Cut the noise and focus on the opportunities that matter most. Now live in AirOps. Book a demo to learn more.

  • At brightonSEO last week, our CEO Alex Halliday broke down why visibility in 2025 doesn’t look like SEO in 2015. - Users now spend 2x more time with answer engines than Google. - AI-driven signups are already >8% at brands like Webflow. The signals are shifting too: - Structured, list-driven content gets cited more. - Fresh pages (<3 months old) see 3x more visibility. - Third-party mentions carry 2x the citation power of your own content. To keep up, modern content teams need new AI skills like content engineering and experimentation to move fast and anchor their brand’s messaging. Do you have the right skills in place to compete for visibility in 2025? Want more? Send us a DM to get the full deck.

Traffic is easy to measure. Bottom funnel pipeline is harder (but that’s where the growth is). Smart teams are doubling down on bottom-of-funnel content. This is where buyers are actually making decisions. That’s why we’re hosting a live session on Oct 8 at 1PM EST with: - Ty Magnin (CEO, Animalz) - Vivian Hoang (SEO Lead, Webflow) - Lashay Lewis (Founder, BOFU.ai) Here’s what we’ll cover: ✨ Webflow’s playbook for 5× more refreshes + 40% traffic growth ✨ Animalz’ proven model for growing leads ✨ Case studies from BoFu.ai where content directly closed deals ✨ Practical demos of successful AI workflows for bottom funnel content Live on Zoom, hosted by AirOps Save your spot: https://lnkd.in/ewg6JvTg

Most marketing teams still think of AI as “automation.” But the real shift happens when AI starts recommending actions. That’s the moment Apollo realized marketing could evolve from a reactive cost center into a predictive growth engine. With AirOps, Apollo’s team is now: - Refreshing content in days instead of weeks: Precisely tuned for Apollo’s brand voice and optimized for answer engines. - Turning scattered insights into alignment: Consolidating context from Slack, calls, and internal docs into a Growth Newsletter that keeps the entire org synced on priorities. - Creating content upgrades with precision: Enriching articles with authoritative data and perspective so they get AI-search results and resonate with readers. With AI handling the heavy lifting, marketers can do what they do best: think, create, and lead. Data fluency is now key to all roles. How is AI changing your marketing? Don’t assume once you show up in AI search you’ll stay there. The data tells a different story. We studied 45,000+ citations to see how visibility in AI search really works. Here’s what we found in the latest AirOps report - Fluctuation is normal. ~57% of brands that disappeared in one run resurfaced later. - Mentions matter. Brands that were both cited and mentioned were 40% more likely to resurface. - Consistency is rare. Only 30% of brands stayed visible in back-to-back responses. The takeaway? AI search isn’t static. Keep refreshing your content and prioritizing opportunities for mentions and citations. Get more takeaways & read the full report: https://lnkd.in/eF8JpX-7

2023: ChatGPT is a toy. 2024: ChatGPT is looking legit. 2025: ChatGPT is bigger than ever (6.8B visits in the US alone). Kevin Indig’s take? ChatGPT is a runaway train. That means… - Prompts 10× longer than Google queries. - Outbound clicks up +3,496% YoY. - Conversion rate that’s already higher than Google. And most important: AI isn’t killing search: it’s expanding it. Kevin (ex-Shopify, G2, Atlassian) is joining AirOps live to talk about what this shift means for CMOs, SEO leaders, and growth teams.
