She’s dedicated to advancing women’s health and making reproductive care more accessible, offering compassion and support every step of the way. 💬 On what drew her to Cofertility: “Since I can remember, I’ve wanted to move the needle in women’s health in ways that challenge the status quo. REMINDER that fertility testing is a powerful way to better understand your body and take control of your reproductive future, but it’s not a total catch all. What you can test: Ovarian reserve – via AMH or antral follicle count (AFC) Hormone levels – including FSH, LH, estradiol, and more Fallopian tube openness – with an HSG test What you can’t test (yet): Egg quality – there’s currently no reliable test How long you’ll be fertile – hormone levels can’t predict this Whether you’ll conceive naturally – these tests don’t give a yes/no answer If you’re in your 20s or early 30s and thinking about egg freezing, understanding what tests can tell you early on can help you build a plan that works best for you down the line.
