Growing up, we had this tiny TV in our living room. Just two channels really mattered: > India Today news that shaped our dinner table conversations, and > Cricket that stopped time itself in our household. Every evening, my family would gather around that small screen. When India played, the entire neighborhood could hear our celebrations through thin walls. When Rajdeep Sardesai spoke, even my grandpa would pause his evening chai to listen. Love of the country through news that mattered. Love of the game through cricket that united us. I never imagined that decades later, I'd be part of that very programming that defined my childhood. Today, I'm incredibly moved to share that CAMB.AI is announcing two ground-breaking partnerships with FanCode and India Today to bring live sports AND news translation to millions of households across India and beyond. Huge shoutout to the teams at FanCode and ITG for taking this historic step with us - this isn't just a partnership, it's a movement, showing the world what India can really do with AI. The same passion that filled our living room during those cricket matches? The same attention we gave to news that shaped our understanding of our country?CAMB.AI and our partners enabling that for families who speak different languages, who come from different backgrounds, but share the same love for the game and love for the nation. What excites me most is seeing India show an actual example to the world of REAL AI deployment. Not locked-away "AI agents" that demo well in boardrooms. Not closed, "feel good" AI that never sees daylight. This is AI in the wild, REALLY delivering for real people, in real time, in real households, creating very real experiences and stories. The little TV that barely fit our hopes and dreams? It's now connected to the entire world, speaking every language, carrying the same excitement and significance we felt as kids.
