opcat.wtf is an interactive web platform dedicated to teaching and exploring the Bitcoin opcode OP_CAT as part of the Taproot Wizards Quest 4. The website features a retro Windows 98 style interface and aims to provide a comprehensive guide and resource hub for Bitcoiners, developers, and anyone curious about Bitcoin's scripting language.
