Update WordPress' `full_description.txt` so that it is shorter and thus translations of this long text can still fit in the 4000 character limit. See pxLjZ-7gE-p2 for details/rationale and pxLjZ-7gE-p2#comment-19337 for this proposed copy

This updates the Release Notes for 20.6 with the Editorialized Copy (ref: p1661223639449939-slack-C02S5P5MBGA) and make them land in
trunkso that they can be sent to GlotPress for translation.This also updates the "Full Description" copy of the Play Store listing for the WordPress app, because the previous one was too long to be translated in less than 4000 (the maximum number of characters that the Play Store allows for that field).
See pxLjZ-7gE-p2#comment-19385 for rationale & new copy details, and 2d250-pb/#diff to check that the expected diff matches the one in this PR. Adding @hypest and @enejb as reviewers to validate that the new copy in this PR matches what we discussed in the P2.
