The added section adds more information for developers on how to contribute to the code base.
The current readme focuses on wekan users. The information on the rebuild -wekan script is hidden on the wiki.
Sure, there is one link "dev_docs", but that is easily overlooked. I feel that contributing to a project should be simple.
This extra section gives the developer a bit more context and shifts the focus of the readme from using a little bit more towards contributing. Please feel free to adapt the wording to match your expectations.
