I tasked gpt-5.1 to use linear mcp server + filesystem tooling to scan the backend, wasmer and edge repositories and their respective tasks to find any inconsistencies in the documentation. Also removed planetscale manually and gave it updated regions fix: Removed vendors tweak: Re-add PlanetScale instructions
