Correct. Infact very correct.

But the funny thing about the English language is, if the word that begins with a vowel, transcribes to a consonant, then you use "a".

Example:

"U" transcribed in "Utreexo" is, "Yuu-tree-exo". So because "Y" is a consonant in this case, you use an a.

But if the word was "Umbrella", then using "and" would be adequate, cos transcribing that, gives you "Um-bre-lla".

"A utreexo" is very much adequate, take that from a grammar specialist. (In my other life). 😁
