• Addresses tracking issue [Tracking Issue] Docs Enhancement: Documentation lacking API features. #376
• I added simple docs lacking. I tried to make it more atomic than the previous PR added docs to prunned_utreexo module and its submodules #401
• It appears the ChainStateInner however I was in doubt whether to add the docs or try to suppress it from showing in the docs. Should I suppress it?
