Description

Update the version of blrec, as well as fixing the conflict of pydantic version in google-genai and blrec.

The blrec should use the pydantic<2.0.0, but the google-genai needs the pydantic>=2.0.0.

I only have two choice:

1. roll back to the old sdk of google genai.
2. use pipx to run them sperately.
