Fix #1795
When searching a subject by the schema id, there are possibly multiple matches. A topic parameter was added to return a subject that matches the topic name (TopicNameStrategy). But if there were no match with the topic name, null was returned. This fix returns the first subject that matches the schema id even if there is no match for the topic name
