Description
I've added EnumListParameter to the top-level exported parameters.
Motivation and Context
All other parameters are exported like this and wildcard imports from luigi don't work otherwise.
Have you tested this? If so, how?
Yes, this obviously works. I've tested it by importing EnumListParameter.
