See Github Pages documentation but these are the steps:

• Clone the repository
• Use Ruby 2.0.0 or greater
• Install bundler: gem install bundler
• Run: bundle install
• Run: npm install
• Run: bower install

Just run: bundle update github-pages.

To watch for changes and re-compile:
