Solves bugs and inconsistencies with the collections option by getting rid of it. All components within the user application will be added to a single component collection, excluding components from third party libraries, which will be ignored unless a collection for it has been configured in the compodium module.
This also simplifies the example matching logic and the overall configuration of the module.
