Sometime between alpha 2 and 3, package.json was pointing to nonexistent file, so we referenced file manually in our repo. Underlying issue was fixed by alpha 4, so we no longer have to specify full path to file.

I believe the main issue was
monkey-hot-loader, which I just removed since the original repo has been abandoned and the fork we were using didn't seem like it was likely to be maintained either.Just read commit messages for other changes that were made.
