When I was installing your module I really got confused with running "kernprof" because of launching it printed me "kernprof: command not found" message. I am running my project from virtual env, so it is the main thing that you should run kernprof like this: `$ venv/bin/kernprof -l script.py` I think it could be better with that reminder in docs.

This is a bit odd --- if you're running from inside a virtual environment, the venv bin should be in your $PATH already. Are you trying to run kernprof from outside the virtual environment? |
