Zero-alloc and nullable support

This release mostly is focused on the work @joaopgrassi did to create DI helpers for ASP.NET Core. This also moves all command-line code (tests and demo) to target .NET 5.0. The main RT.Comb package still targets .NET Standard 2.0.
