When merging in #1916 I didn't realize that there were some CI failures related to the shutdown hooks.
This pull request makes a minor update to the test setup by resetting the
Resque.shutdownhook tonilintest_helper.rb. This ensures a clean test environment by clearing any previously set shutdown behavior.
