Hotfix to remove deprecated use of the shapes.Symbols TikZ library alias (now only case-sensitive shapes.symbols is permitted).

• Fixed scaling and placement errors in the speed leader key code,
• Added note to define scale first in manual when using speed leader,
• Fixed compilation issues in landgroup and landheadqurters to account for updated xparse package,
• Fixed issue with frame status and scale keys not always being updated between commands,
• Changed datestamps to be ISO 8601 compliant as per CTAN request.

Added fix for text rastering issue and updated manual to clarify on DVI output and location of multiple class symbols.
