Do not fail SealDiskKey if PCRs/eventlog can not be saved

For some reasons /hostfs/sys/kernel/security/tpm* might not exist on
boot but that shouldn't cause tpmmgr to think that the seal failed.

agentlog: fix dumping stacks locally

The function dumpStacks takes a file path as parameter, but was given
the agent name, thus resulting in saving the stack dumps in a local file
