This version is available on OPAM and pretty much matches what's in my thesis.

Replaced the permission [held l] with [l @ locked].

This does not change anything, but looks better.

Mezzo snapshot 6

A new milestone for the Mezzo project.

This is the snapshot of the source code that we hope the reviewers will look at,
if they feel so inclined.

This is the fourth milestone of the Mezzo programming language.

This release features an interpreter and several improvements to the type-checker.

This is the "milestone 3" release of Mezzo.

- The state of the type-checker is still pretty unsatisfactory, as there are a
lot of known problems and a lot of tests marked as "should-pass", but I believe
it's worth a release.

Milestone release m2, codename "College Station".

Prepare for release.

- Update license headers on all files.
- Update the README
