- Remove Nodefleet as the TestNet maintainer
- Add cryptonodes & stakenodes as TestNet Maintainer

Validator List w/ Pocket RPC
Validators w/ Tendermint RPC
The following sections need to be updated to remove the extra / in the examples after the load balancer URLs
