A new version with slight changes:

• Merge Tap and PAC, so that PAC can be requested through Tap by using HTTP GET, and no proxy.pac attachment is required
• Fix a bug caused by mismatch between versions and between correct and incorrect passwords
• No longer parse JSON for every pack, so the efficiency is raised
• Simplify CLI usage prompt
