How to Activate the Message Set Functionalities in IBM Integration Bus v9

Click Windows on the Menu Bar > Preferences
Expand Integration Development > Click Message Sets
Tick to Enable the Box written "Enable menus for Message Set development"

Now you are ready to create Message Sets in IIB v9.
