I'm a passionate Software Engineer and DevOps Engineer with a background in Jenkins, Groovy, Python, Shell scripting, Ansible, Terraform, Docker and Kubernetes. Iβve worked across various domains, with experience in Java backend development (Spring Boot), building robust applications in fast-paced consulting environments.
Currently, I work as a DevOps Engineer, where I design and manage continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines, automating workflows, and optimizing infrastructure with modern tools like Docker and Kubernetes. My goal is to make software delivery more efficient, scalable, and reliable.
Iβm deeply passionate about Free Software, a philosophy I embraced during my time at the "Digital Wave" program at the University, where I was a member for two years. I also enjoy Competitive Programming, solving algorithmic problems just for fun. It's a great way for me to sharpen my problem-solving skills.
I hold two degrees: a Master's degree in Computer Science from the National Polytechnic Institute of Toulouse (INP Toulouse), an engineering school in France, and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the Federal University of Bahia (UFBA), Brazil.
As a member of the Programming Group (GruPro) at my University, Federal University of Bahia (UFBA), I participated in numerous competitive programming events, including:
- ACM-ICPC 2014 (National contest, 22nd/63)
- IEEE Xtreme 8.0 (Worldwide competition, 51st/1822)
Iβve always been part of teams of three, working collaboratively to tackle algorithmic challenges.
I also have research experience. I worked as a Researcher in the Distributed Systems Laboratory (LaSiD) for six months, where I explored a model-driven approach for services derived from business processes. Later, I contributed for a year at the Web Interactive Systems Research Group (WISER), focusing on Web of Things in academic environments.
