Pull Request Overview
This PR removes the "Last Accessed" timestamp from the GUI while keeping the underlying data model intact for compatibility. The change addresses issue #2005 by hiding the accessed column from the entry view and removing it from the entry properties screen.

- Removed Accessed timestamp display from the entry properties dialog

NOTE: Because of how we handle headers in the entry view, we have to keep the last accessed header number in place. That ensures previously saved column settings don't show the wrong columns.

Tested before/after change, last accessed column is no longer visible or selectable in entry view. Last accessed is also removed from entry properties screen.
