Description

It only happens every now and again, when moving between screens – clicking to show hidden items on main macbook screen is fine, but if I go to my external 2K monitor and click on the menu bar the Ice bar that appears is tiny. Back and forth a couple times and it "fixes itself".

At the moment not able to screenshot as it's obviously chosen to work fine, but I'll add one as soon as it is replicated.

Steps to Reproduce

Click on menu bar on main screen
click on menu bar on secondary screen without doing any other steps in between two actions
