A visual, interactive graph-based application for exploring etymological connections between words across different languages. Users can search for words and discover how they connect to related words in other languages through cognates, borrowings, derivatives, and other etymological relationships.

1. Clone the repository:

git clone https://github.com/your-username/etmos.git
cd etmos

2. Install dependencies for all components:

npm run install:all

3. Start the development servers:

npm run dev

This will start:

• Backend server on http://localhost:54330
• Frontend application on http://localhost:5173

Click on words to add related words to graph

The settings menu can be accessed by clicking on the icon in the top left of the screen

Press Shift to toggle settings menu visbility
