+ remove the obsolete setup.py, as it's not needed anymore: all functionality are now covered in pyproject.toml and CMakeLists.txt file + pyproject.toml: use dynamic readme

This PR removes the obsolete
setup.py, as it's not needed anymore: all functionality is now covered in thepyproject.tomlandCMakeLists.txtfile, after #87.
