This bumps ZHA to 0.0.78 (full diff: zigpy/zha@0.0.77...0.0.78).
This release does not contain any user-facing changes.
It's intended to allow for cleaning up ZHA tests in HA Core. For details, see the PR description of zigpy/zha#570.
There are no bundled dependency upgrades of other zigpy libraries.
