I didn't added at first, because I have different firmwares with the issue. Added some logging, and found out that devices not affected are still border line:

Never got more than 6s deviation. Maybe we can use that as a value: |
Proposed change
Using newer firmwares ( 1.6.0beta, 1.5.1) showed that 5s is not enough.
Not sure when it started but at least
Shelly Plug S Gen3 (S3PL-00112EU)with firmware20240820-134301/1.2.3-plugsg3prod0-gec79607is affected.Below some screenshot for devices with 1.5.1 or 1.6.0beta:
