1. Clone the repository

   git clone <repository-url>
   cd real-state-mexico

2. Set up the database

   # Run setup scripts
   php create_database.php

   php create_agents_table.php

3. Configure environment

   • Copy .env.example to .env
   • Update database credentials in config.php
   • Set up your web server to point to the project root

4. Start the development server

   php -S localhost:8000
