Make --quiet quieter #28373
Description
Expected Behavior
less noise from gradle, only output from my build. These lines should be changed to warn or info I think, but not output with quiet set
Current Behavior (optional)
* Try:
> Run with --stacktrace option to get the stack trace.
> Run with --info or --debug option to get more log output.
> Run with --scan to get full insights.
> Get more help at https://help.gradle.org/.

Context
I don't expect to see help on how to run gradle when logging is set to --quiet. Like I know --stacktrace and --info already. This just takes up a lot of space in my intellij terminal, most of it actually, so I can't see the actual error without scrolling up.
