Add link rel="alternate" and hreflang to avoid localized duplicated results in organic search #2336
Description
I've noticed this issue when searching for OTel.io docs. Canonical (en) docs appear together with their localized versions:
Google's recommendation is to use <link rel="alternate" hreflang="code">, but Docsy doesn't seem to handle that. I'm not entirely sure it'd be the solution, though.
Should we investigate this?
