* rename plugin newBrowse to fileBrowse
* make names more consistent
* do not call `licenseDao->getLicenseHistogram` (takes 90% of the time) * add micromenu and Copyright, ReadMe_OSS and SPDX buttons * Ajax: do not call `uploadDao->getFatItemArray` (was called in a loop)
* add possibility to filter by license (faster implementation, but one can also choose a licenses which are not yet contained in the project) * remove some unnecessary lines of code

"conFilter" and "openCBoxFilter" are not supported by AjaxFileBrowser
* remove some unnecessary filters in AjaxFileBrowser (related to $searchMap) * remove $noLicenseUploadTreeView, which was a leftover related to clearing * remove unsupported "conFilter" and "openCBoxFilter" (related to clearing) * make the table scale dynammicaly
