Tunnel DNS

You can now send DNS queries over the tunnel to a private resource in Pangolin. This enables you to use a self-hosted DNS server on the LAN of a Newt site, like Pi-Hole.

You can enable this setting, but going to Pangolin > More > Preferences and toggle DNS Tunnel.

• Fix bug causing disabled log in button on failed login request
• Add URL normalization so users can enter hostname with or without proto
