Continuing the work started by @MathBunny, this PR adds support for auto-generating typings for the
StorageAPIs:admin.storagetypings into a newsrc/storage.d.tsfile, so they can be easily screened out during typing auto-generation.src/storage/index.tsfile with the barrel exports.gulpfileto auto-generate typings forStorage.
